TAHITY LIME (citrus limon)

Brazilian lime, with its distinctive dark-green colour, is very juicy and adds a special flavor to fruit cocktails, fish and other sea-food. Rich in vitamin C, it can be served in slices for using on fish, chicken, veal and also added to dressings, mayonnaise and salads to bring out a better flavor. To obtain more juice, pour boiling water over the fruit and leave it for 5 minutes before squeezing. No other variety of limes fits perfectly for lemonades, as the tahity one.
